Entity Relationship Disclosure

1. Operational Independence

Peak Rise, osoba rizikového kapitálu s.r.o. (hereinafter “Peak Rise”) is an independent legal entity. While Peak Rise is a member of the Confederation, each member firm of the Confederation is a separate and independent legal entity. Peak Rise and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any acts or omissions of the Confederation or any other member of the Confederation and specifically disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for acts or omissions of the Confederation or any other Confederation member.

2. No Conflict of Interest or Correlation

The activities, services, and operations of Peak Rise are entirely separate from those of the Confederation.

Specifically:

• Peak Rise’s business interests are not correlated with those of the Confederation.
• The entities do not share common strategic direction or financial pooling.
• The use of branding assets is strictly limited to the terms of a specific licensing or usage agreement and does not imply a unified corporate structure.

3. Limitation of Liability

Peak Rise bears no legal or financial responsibility for the actions, omissions, representations, or activities of the Confederation. Users, clients, and third parties acknowledge that any engagement with Peak Rise is strictly with Peak Rise and does not constitute an engagement with the Confederation or its associated projects or investment funds.

4. Intellectual Property Notice

The use of the Peak Rise logo and the Confederation logo is permitted under a mutual agreement. This usage is for identification purposes only and does not grant Peak Rise any authority to act on behalf of the Confederation, nor does it grant Confederation any authority over Peak Rise’s professional services.
